The website processes only the data needed for its operation and for exchanges requested by visitors.
- Contact form: name, professional email, organisation, context and message.
- Minimal technical data that may appear in the host’s security logs, such as the IP address and request time.

Contact requests are processed to take requested pre-contractual steps or under Aurendor’s legitimate interest in answering institutional enquiries. Technical data is used to provide and secure the website.

Contact requests are sent directly from your email application to contact@aurendor.be. Your email provider may process the message under its own privacy policy.

Enquiries are kept for the time needed to process and follow them up and to meet applicable legal obligations.

The site currently uses no application cookies or local storage. No advertising cookie, profiling, Google Analytics or American tracker is installed.
